St. Vincent Home for Children names James Keeton Director of Programs

The St. Vincent Home for Children in St. Louis, MO, has announced the appointment of James Keeton as its new Director of Programs. In his role, Mr. Keeton will oversee program operations and the clinical services department to accommodate personalized care and counseling for children and their families. He will also join the Home’s executive leadership team, effective January 11, 2021. "We are very excited to welcome Mr. Keeton to St. Vincent," said St. Vincent Home for Children Executive Director Latosha Fowlkes. "He is a dedicated mental health professional and brings to the table a unique set of leadership skills and passion for helping youth in need. He understands our community and our clients and shares our dedication to making a difference in the lives of those we serve." Mr. Keeton has decades of experience working with children in the behavioral health sector, most recently as State Director for Missouri and Ohio for Initial Independence, Inc.. Prior to that, he was Manager of School-Based Services at Provident, Inc., and a therapist at Center Pointe Hospital. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, has a Masters Degree in Counseling, and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry.
