Lisa Brenton is the Deputy Principal Scientist in Microbiology at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne since 2000. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Senior Scientist in Microbiology at Mercy Hospital for Women in Melbourne from 1991 to 2000. Lisa has obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University in 2020, along with a Graduate Certificate in the same field in 2017. Lisa also holds a Diploma of Management from Swinburne University of Technology in 2009, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the same university in 2006. Lisa's educational background includes studies at RMIT University from 1988 to 1992.
