Rachel Draeger

Rachel Draeger is an experienced educator and specialist with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a 7th grade math teacher at Linden Charter Academy since August 2021, Rachel also instructs the Color Guard for the Lake Fenton High School Marching Band and has taught middle school social studies and math at St. William Catholic School. Prior experience includes roles as an Injury Prevention Specialist at Genesys Hospital and Child Passenger Safety Technician with the Greater Flint SafeKids Coalition, focusing on child safety education. Rachel's earlier career involved various positions in the legal and human resource fields, including paralegal roles and a human resource assistant position at Orchard Hills Nursing Center. Rachel holds a BA in Secondary Education with a focus on History and Math from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
