Katarina Viklund

Katarina Viklund has a diverse work experience in various companies. Katarina started their career at Volvo IT as a Business Analyst in 2008. Katarina then moved on to Shell Oil Company, where they worked as a Business Analyst/Application Specialist from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, Katarina joined St1 Sverige AB as a Business Analyst/Application Specialist and later held positions as Head of Business & Information System and CRM Solution Manager/Salesforce Product Owner. Currently, they are working in St1 Sverige AB as the Head of CRM and Salesforce Product Owner.

Katarina Viklund obtained a Bachelor's degree in Web Development from Kalmar University in 2004. Katarina then pursued a Master's degree in IT Management from the IT University of Gothenburg, completing it in 2008. In between, from 2004 to 2006, they also studied Software Engineering & Management at the IT University of Gothenburg, although the degree obtained is not specified.
