Lichun Shen

Lichun Shen is the Executive Director for Global Head Project Management at WuXi STA, overseeing the Project Management team at WuXi TIDES. With extensive experience in leading project progress and business goals alignment, Lichun has held various leadership roles in project management throughout their career. Prior to joining WuXi STA, Lichun worked at Novartis in Technical R&D Quality Assurance as a Quality Manager and Principal Scientist, demonstrating a strong background in scientific experiments and drug development. Lichun holds a MBA from Centenary University, a BS in Chemistry from Peking University, and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
