Jennifer Lynch

Jennifer Lynch, MS, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical operations and project management. Jennifer started their career as a Lead CRA at Research Dynamics Consulting Group, Ltd. in 2001, then moved on to roles such as Clinical Project Leader at Bausch and Lomb from 2003 to 2010. Jennifer subsequently worked as a Senior Associate at the University of Rochester Medical Center from 2010 to 2014. Prior to joining STAAR Surgical as Director of Clinical Operations in 2021, they held positions at PPD as a Senior Project Manager in Neuroscience and later as an Associate Director.

Jennifer Lynch holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 1989 and 1993. Jennifer then pursued higher education at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, earning a Master of Science in Business Administration/Medical Management from 2011 to 2012, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2012 to 2014.
