Jorothy L. Marapengopie

Jorothy L. Marapengopie has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2010, Jorothy worked as an Advisor at Telenamic until December 2011. In 2012, Jorothy took on the role of Administrative Worker at Fixit N.V. Suriname, specifically in the Training & Development department of Staatsolie via the contractor Fixit N.V. In 2013, Jorothy joined Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. as an Administrative Assistant, and later became an HR Assistant. Jorothy then moved on to become the Division Secretary of Corporate HR and eventually took on the position of Human Resources Support Officer. Recently, Jorothy held the role of Corporate Human Resources Officer for a short period before transitioning to the current position of Human Resources Officer Downstream at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V.

Jorothy L. Marapengopie began their education at Scholen Gemeenschap Lelydorp, where they pursued the VWO degree from 2001 to 2005. They then attended the University of Applied Science and Technology Suriname, where they focused on Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2017 to 2022.
