Manager Business Economics Uspream at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V.

Robbin Mangnoesing's work experience begins in 2006 at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. They started as an Industrial Engineer and were responsible for drafting strategic plans, corporate budgets, and participating in negotiations for business acquisitions. From 2011 to 2012, they held the position of Senior Industrial Engineer, coordinating the Corporate Planning Division's activities and overseeing a team of Industrial Engineers. From 2012 to 2013, Mangnoesing served as the Project Manager for the E15 Gasoline-test program, assessing the feasibility of introducing a 15% ethanol gasoline blend in Suriname. They then transitioned to the role of Business Development Analyst, where they were responsible for preparing sales forecasts, conducting contract negotiations, and participating in refinery start-up preparations. In 2016, Mangnoesing became the Head of Business Economics Upstream, involved in upstream economics, budget monitoring, and advising on upstream investments. Finally, starting in November 2018, they assumed the role of Manager Business Economics Upstream, where they were tasked with advising the Upstream Director on economic and strategic decisions, managing business economics processes, and overseeing the realization of the Upstream Investment Program worth $750 million.

Robbin Mangnoesing obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Competitive Strategy from FHR School of Business, Suriname, between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Erasmus Universiteit from 1997 to 2005 and earned a Drs degree in Strategic Management.
