Anil Bandari

Anil Bandari is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director/Head of Engineering for the Generative AI Platform at Stability AI since August 2023. Prior to this, Anil held various senior positions at Amazon from July 2013 to August 2023, including Senior Engineering Leader and Principal Technical Program Manager within the AWS AI division. Anil's extensive background also includes over 13 years at Xerox Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple SCRUM teams and leading the development of software for embedded network protocols and applications. Additionally, Anil contributed to the design and implementation of embedded applications for color printers at Tektronix from March 1996 to December 1999. Anil holds an MBA in General Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and multiple master's degrees from Arizona State University, along with a B-Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
