Chad Fawcett

Chad Fawcett is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software architecture and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering Operations at Stability AI since December 2024, Chad previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Poggio Labs from August 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that, Chad had a significant tenure at Atlassian, where roles included Chief Architect, Senior Principal Engineer, and Engineering Manager for Trello, with a career spanning from February 2017 to July 2023. Earlier positions include leadership roles at SHOES.COM and OnlineShoes.com, as well as design and engineering roles at Crutchfield and Macrosoft Systems Inc. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Virginia.
