Peggy Chou MD, MBA has had a varied and successful career in healthcare. In 2021, they became the Chief Medical Officer at Stability Health, a virtual tech-enabled care company which improves outcomes and lowers healthcare costs for patients with complex diabetes. From 2013 to 2021, they held various roles at Atrius Health, including Sr Medical Director Medical Management|ACO Population Management and Medical Director, Clinical Variation, Dept of Quality and Safety. From 2007 to 2013, they were the Medical Director, Primary Care;Assistant Professor, Section of General Internal Medicine Boston Univ at Boston Medical Center, where they merged and moved 3 practices of 75 faculty, 96 trainees, and 72 staff into a new Shapiro Ambulatory Care building, created a leadership team that increased visits by 30%, re-designed nursing support, implemented a call center, and exceeded metrics for new patient growth and access.

Peggy Chou MD, MBA obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Harvard University. Peggy Chou then obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Following this, they completed their New York Hospital Residency in Internal Medicine and Primary Care. Peggy Chou then obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2014. Peggy Chou is also Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
