Ishwor began their career in 2011 as an Intern at Deerwalk Inc, where they were a Java Developer and key contributor on Big Data technology projects. Ishwor then joined Scorewize, Inc. in 2012 as a Software Engineer, where they led and collaborated on all aspects of development, analyzed project specifications, gathered requirements, created effective plans, and monitored progress to ensure alignment with desired outcomes. In 2016, Ishwor P. joined Stability Healthcare as Director of Technology and Software Engineer, where they wrote robust, scalable code.

Ishwor P. completed their high school education at St. Xaviers College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Science. Ishwor then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University (KU) from 2007 to 2011.
