Role Description

As an Intern, you will be an integral part of the Investments team, providing crucial support to senior members in the execution of investment deals and various operational tasks. You will be involved in direct secondary transactions in the most valuable privately held tech unicorns such as SpaceX, OpenAI, Stripe, Databricks, Revolut, and many more. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insights in the private markets field, especially the secondary market, working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in deal execution and along the investment process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes for deal execution and documentation
• Update and enhance marketing materials to reflect the latest investment opportunities and market trends
• Conduct market research to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes
• Actively participate in meetings and presentations, serving as a liaison between various teams during the deal lifecycle
