Chandrasekar also built, led, and scaled [Rackspace](/org/rackspace)’s high-growth Managed Public Clouds business that helped customers migrate and run on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Previous to [Rackspace](/org/rackspace), he worked at Barclays Investment Bank and [Capgemini](/org/capgemini) in various leadership, operations and strategic advisory roles.

Chandrasekar, who hails from Bangalore, India, the city with the highest number of Stack Overflow users in the world, has a BS in Computer Engineering from the [University of Maine](/org/university-of-maine), a Masters in Engineering Management from [Cornell University](/org/cornell-university), and an MBA from [Harvard Business School](/org/harvard-business-school).

Khalid El Khatib is the Chief Marketing Officer at Stack Overflow and is responsible for marketing, communications, and advertising initiatives.

Throughout his career he’s elevated and transformed the awareness and perception of global brands, most recently at GLG where he was Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Before GLG he worked as a senior director at Group SJR, a WPP agency, where he led a diverse portfolio that included General Electric, Goldman Sachs, TED, and Xerox. He began his career working in communications at Teach For America which fostered a passion for social impact; he continues to volunteer in NYC schools and fundraises for numerous refugee relief organizations today. Khalid graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in political science and creative writing.

Matt Gallatin is responsible for Stack Overflow’s finance, accounting and corporate development functions.

Matt brings over 20 years of broad finance leadership experience in strategic and financial planning, scaling high growth companies, and corporate finance. Most recently he served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Reltio, and he was previously the CFO at Drawbridge (acquired by LinkedIn), OneLogin, and ShareThis. Prior to his roles as CFO, Matt was the VP Finance at Brand.net, worked on the corporate finance teams at Yahoo! and Applied Materials, and began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.

Matt completed his MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

He has sales leadership experience with successful companies, such as PTC Inc. where he helped scale revenue from $200M to $1B. He held senior sales leadership positions at [Ascential](/org/ascential), scaling from $20M to $300M in three years, and helped transition with the acquisition by IBM. At [Crossbeam](/org/crossbeam), Tim was promoted to VP of Sales, growing revenue by 289% and resulting in an acquisition by Blue Coat. Most recently Tim was VP Sales at BlueJeans accelerating revenue and helping scale the business. Prior to BlueJeans, he led a worldwide team at Actiance. Tim has a track record of building high-performing sales teams and delivering strong sales results consistently. Tim lives in Chicago with his family of three and enjoys boating, concerts, and sporting events.
