We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as VP, Revenue Marketing (Emerging Verticals). Reporting to the CMO, this will be a new role in StackAdapt’s growing marketing organization to support StackAdapt’s revenue and growth strategy in Enterprise, Channel and New Markets. During this period of rapid growth, we are looking for a leader to be the connective tissue between revenue and marketing and own all 1:1 and 1:few marketing motions. You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a world-class team of marketers within the organization, helping to inspire them to new heights, and developing their capabilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and execute the marketing and growth strategy for enterprise, channel and emerging verticals including ABM and event/field marketing efforts
  • Own the relationship between revenue and marketing, supporting a large number of growth initiatives across the business
  • This role will be measured by increased revenue within enterprise, channel, and core business with KPI’s including: # new target logos engaged, pipeline growth, win rate, deal acceleration, and marketing and revenue leader feedback
  • Build a world-class ABM motion to open doors and drive growth within our most important accounts at scale
  • Partner with marketing and revenue leadership to support full funnel efforts with focus on enabling the revenue team with everything they need to win
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in programmatic advertising
  • Bring a global mindset and look to for ways to leverage winning go-to-market (GTM) motions in North America to expand growth in APAC and EMEA
  • Support event and field marketing strategy and deliver best in class experiences at scale
  • Drive brand engagement and awareness within key accounts
  • Accelerate opportunities through creative activations, messaging and revenue enablement

What you bring to this role

  • Proven marketing leader who has built and scaled world-class functions through creative strategies, great communication, strong partnerships, and engaging culture
  • Confident in scaling go-to-market (GTM) motions, supporting revenue teams to drive growth and personally owning ambitious revenue targets
  • Prior leadership and working experience in ad tech, enterprise marketing, channel marketing and account based marketing will be critical for success in this role
  • Domain expertise in building and executing world-class events and experiences that drive quantifiable revenue growth
  • At least 10 years of experience in a people leadership position has given you a strong set of leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how to build a performance oriented culture
