Mehmet Shah

Mehmet Shah is the current CFO at StackAdapt. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Staff Accountant/Consultant at KPMG Canada from October 2012 to June 2017. There, they provided professional accounting, audit, and review services to large financial institutions performing numerous financial statement audits and reviews in both integrated and non-integrated audit under IFRS including extensive SOX control testing. Before that, they were the Junior Accountant at Student Society of McGill University from November 2010 to September 2011 where they interacted with the comptroller and senior managers on a daily basis and assisted on special projects using Sage ERP Accpac system. Mehmet also performed monthly bank, merchant reconciliations, and financial statement reconciliations. Mehmet also implemented a new system for yearly audit of student organizations and groups. From May 2010 to May 2011, they were the Vice-President of Communications at Management Undergraduate Society.
