Sam Denty

Sam Denty is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative web technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at StackBlitz since July 2022, Sam played a key role in introducing the new StackBlitz Editor for Repositories, enabling a full VSCode experience in-browser using WebContainers. Prior to this, Sam was the founder of gqless, an experimental approach for GraphQL data fetching in React applications from January 2019 to August 2022, and worked at StackBlitz from June 2017 to December 2019, contributing to the development of an in-browser Node.js runtime. Additional experience includes creating WidgetBot for seamless Discord chat integration on websites and developing full-stack solutions for the ESP8266 SoC at Wi-PWN.
