Melanie Vernoia (Holohan) is the current Vice President of Account Management at Stacker. Melanie has an extensive background in media, publishing, and partner management.
Melanie started their career at Graphiq Inc. in July 2014 as the Head of Partner Management. In this role, Melanie was responsible for building out the infrastructure and process for onboarding, activating, and amazing every individual and organization in the media and publishing portfolio. Melanie was also responsible for creating strong relationships with existing partners to drive increased adoption, customer satisfaction, and improved feedback mechanisms.
During their time at Graphiq, Melanie managed and embedded at high profile news and media clients ranging from the Associate Press to the Daily Mail. This experience gave Melanie a vast understanding of the media landscape which propelled their into their next career, founding their own publishing company Stacker.
When Graphiq was acquired by Amazon in May 2017, Melanie was tasked with shutting down business lines and seamlessly transitioning to aiding in the Alexa product.
Prior to their current position at Stacker, Melanie held various positions at Graphiq including Partner Manager, Senior Partner Management Lead, Partner Management Lead, Senior Partner Management Associate, and Partner Management Associate. Melanie also served as an Account Lead for Advertising Sales.
Melanie Vernoia (Holohan) has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Melanie also has a High School Diploma in International Relations and Affairs from Cathedral Catholic High School. Melanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & International Relations from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
