Joshua Keller Eit

Joshua Keller, EIT, currently serves as the Systems Infrastructure Lead for the FDT Frederick Douglass Tunnel South Approach project with the Clark Stacy Witbeck Joint Venture in Baltimore, MD, starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Field Engineer at Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. from May 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating subcontractor activities, developing work plans, managing project schedules using Primavera P6, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications through RFIs and submittals. Earlier experience includes a Structures Intern position at Parrish and Partners, LLC from June 2019 to August 2020. Joshua earned a degree from the University of South Carolina between 2017 and 2021.
