Charlotte Pauwels

Charlotte Pauwels has extensive experience in project coordination, data management, and customer experience, currently serving as Project Coordinator for Gent Verbindt at Stad Gent since September 2023. Previously, Charlotte worked as a Data Manager at flanders.bio from January 2022 to September 2023. At Teamleader CRM from February 2016 to January 2022, Charlotte held multiple roles including Manager CXP & 1-Many, Customer Experience Manager, and Customer Success Manager, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and support. Earlier positions include Research Assistant at Imperial College Business School and various academic roles at Ghent University, where Charlotte completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Economic Sciences, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Business Engineering.
