Bea Cleeren

Bea Cleeren is an experienced project manager currently working at Stad Hasselt since October 2022, focusing on implementing a mobility budget through a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) offering for citizens. Prior to this role, Bea was a third-grade English teacher at Sint-Jozefinstituut Bokrijk and contributed to innovation and collaboration initiatives at the Tech Transfer Office of UHasselt from November 2020 to May 2022. Bea also served as a community manager and lead for events and communication at Start it @KBC, the largest startup accelerator in Belgium, from June 2016 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes working at KBC Bank in various roles, including event consultant and collateral manager. Bea holds multiple master's degrees from KU Leuven in Germanic Languages, Medieval and Renaissance Studies, and Literary Translation, along with a high school diploma in Latin-Mathematics from Sint-Jozef Instituut Bokrijk.
