Koen Deconinck

Koen Deconinck currently serves as the CEO of Stad Hasselt, leading various teams in a transformational effort to enhance service delivery for the local community. With previous experience as a board member for Z33, focusing on organizational strategies, and as a program manager for Ageas Group, Koen has demonstrated expertise in managing complex programs and transformations within diverse sectors. Earlier roles include significant positions at AXA, Ageas Portugal, and Dexia, where Koen excelled in human resources and project management. Koen holds a Master's degree in Economics from Hasselt University and has participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Galway.
