Andrey Kildyushkin

Andrey Kildyushkin has a diverse background in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in regulatory affairs, medical marketing, and portfolio development. Andrey currently holds the role of VP Medical & Portfolio Development for the STADA Group, where they are responsible for overseeing medical and regulatory resources in Russia and the CIS region. Prior to this, Andrey worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Regulatory Affairs Director for Russia, Ukraine, and the CIS cluster. Andrey has also held positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Reckitt Benckiser, and Astellas Pharma Europe B.V. In these roles, they have gained expertise in managing clinical activities, budgeting, representing the company in professional unions and associations, and coordinating with regulatory authorities. Andrey's experience highlights their ability to drive profitable business growth while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships with industry leaders and regulatory agencies.

Andrey Kildyushkin earned a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from Moscow State Medical Academy, specializing in Pharmacy, from 1990 to 1995. Andrey also completed higher extension courses in Business English as a business translator from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they studied at the Medical School of Medical Sciences Academy in Moscow and obtained a degree as a medical assistant from 1987 to 1990.
