Bojan Bajic

Bojan Bajic currently serves as the Global Head of the External Customers Account Management Office (ECAMO) at STADA Group, a position held since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading the creation and management of a high-performance B2B organization to optimize STADA's manufacturing resources and foster relationships with third-party pharmaceutical companies. Prior to this role, Bojan accumulated extensive experience at Hemofarm A.D. from 2003 to 2024, progressing from Head of Production to Site Head of the Packaging Center, where achievements included managing production, ensuring quality, and overseeing multiple departments to meet strategic objectives. Bojan also held several project management positions at Hemofarm Engineering, focusing on technological process design and vendor relationships. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemical Technology and Polymer Engineering from the University of Belgrade, along with various certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt.
