Mikhail Trishchenko

Mikhail Trishchenko is an experienced manufacturing engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Leader and Chief Mechanical Engineer at STADA Group since May 2021, Mikhail manages a team focused on mechanical and equipment qualification and oversees new projects along with construction and technical documentation. Prior to this role, Mikhail held the position of Chief Mechanical Engineer at AdampolSoya from November 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included the construction and commissioning of an oil extraction plant and a steam turbine generator. Mikhail's earlier experience includes roles as an Industrial Mechanic with Cargill and ОАО "Донецккокс," focusing on the repair and maintenance of various mechanical systems. Mikhail holds an Engineer's degree in Mining Equipment from Donetsk National Technical University, completed in 2010.
