Pav N.

Pav N. has extensive work experience in operational excellence and production management. They started their career at GE Lighting Leicester as a placement student in 1994. From there, they joined GE where they held various roles including Technical Leadership Program and Production Manager. In 2003, they joined TEFEN as a Senior Consultant. Pav N. then moved to Novartis, where they worked in different operational excellence positions, including Global Head of Operational Excellence. In 2019, Pav N. joined STADA Group as Head of Operational Excellence Global Operations before being promoted to Vice President, UK Operations in 2021.

Pav N. attended Loughborough University but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
