Pranay Rajgarhia

Pranay Rajgarhia is an accomplished professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and business development, currently serving as Associate Director of Global M&A at STADA Group since May 2016. Prior roles at STADA included Senior Manager and Manager positions focused on Global M&A and Global Business Development & Licensing. Prior to joining STADA, Pranay gained valuable experience as an intern at Grünenthal Group, where contributions included enhancing internal project review guidelines and evaluating business cases through complex modeling. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Manager role at Pharmaceuteeco, managing key accounts in Southern India, and an Application Scientist position at Paraytec Ltd, coordinating a multi-department product development project. Pranay holds an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, an MSc in Bioscience Technology from the University of York, and a BSc in Chemistry with Biotechnology from Fergusson College.
