Simone Berger

Since January 2019, Simone Berger has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of STADA Arzneimittel AG. In this role, the Cologne native drives STADA’s values, corporate culture and talent development worldwide.

Simone Berger, who holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Fachhochschule für Ökonomie und Management, Essen, has around 20 years of experience in leading human resources management across various industries including automotive, healthcare and consumer goods.

Having started her career in the pharmaceutical industry with Bayer, Simone Berger developed extensive international expertise through roles with Schaeffler, Voith Turbo, Cybex and Goodbaby Group. This included strong international exposure through assignments in the US, Germany, China and Singapore.
