Wayne Snelgrove

Wayne Snelgrove has over 20 years of work experience. Wayne began their career in 1997 as a Senior Process Engineer at Eli Lilly. In 2007, they joined PACIV as Vice President of Operations and Partner, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they held various roles and responsibilities. In 2019, they transitioned to STADA Arzneimittel AG as the Global Head of Engineering.

Wayne Snelgrove attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2007 to 2008, where they focused on growing a minority business to scale. Before that, they studied engineering at Brunel University London from 1992 to 1996.
