Wolfgang Rauch possesses extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Procurement and ESO at STADA Group since September 2023, Wolfgang previously held the position of VP Chief Procurement Officer at Stryker from July 2019 to May 2022. Wolfgang's career includes significant roles at Novartis, where tenure spanned from November 2013 to March 2019 as Chief Procurement Officer, and from September 2005 to October 2013 in various procurement leadership capacities. Prior experience includes pivotal positions with Aventis, where Wolfgang was Senior Director - Head of Global Purchasing Programs and led Global Purchasing for Drug Innovation and Approval, alongside a foundational role at Hoechst AG as Head of Global Purchasing Direct Materials.
