Ashley Dewalt

Ashley DeWalt is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and sports management sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Collectiv, a community-powered venture capital fund focused on investing in sportstech startups, professional teams, and leagues. DeWalt is also a Venture Advisor at Mercury and South Loop Ventures, contributing to early-stage investments and supporting founders of color. Additionally, DeWalt holds the position of Managing Director at DivInc, a nonprofit aimed at supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs. With experience as an angel investor and strategic advisor for various companies, as well as founder of Leverage Sports, a consultancy for sportstech startups, DeWalt brings extensive expertise in brand marketing and innovation from an academic background as a former lecturer at the University of Houston, complemented by advanced degrees in Sport Management and Finance.
