Charlie McDoniel

Charlie McDoniel serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Athletic Republic St. Louis & NutriFormance, a role held since September 2007. Under Charlie's leadership, the organization has focused on a science-based sports training system, impacting over half a million athletes. Additionally, Charlie is involved with Stadia Ventures as General Manager and Athlete Services Coordinator, contributing to early-stage investment in the sports and esports sectors. Previously, experience includes positions as Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Loyola University Maryland and Director of Athlete Recruitment at Velocity Sports Performance. Charlie holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Maryland.
