Currently serving as a Peer Advisor at EvolveMe and a Mentor at StreetWise Partners, Cindi focuses on helping individuals navigate career transitions and achieve economic self-sufficiency. Formerly, Cindi held significant leadership roles, including Regional Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up, where strategic vision and talent development were prioritized, and Vice President of Business Development at Williams Lea, reporting directly to the CEO. Cindi's extensive background also includes roles at Xerox as Managing Director and Gartner as Group Vice President, contributing to organizational growth and operational efficiency. Cindi began a career in sales at IBM after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University.
