Loron Orris

Loron Orris is a seasoned professional in the sports and sports tech industry, currently serving as a Founding Partner at Asia Sports Tech since June 2017, where strategies for market entry, growth, and innovation in the Asian sports ecosystem are provided. In addition, Loron holds the position of Chair of the Sports Committee at AmCham HK, facilitating connections across various sectors within the sports industry. As a Mentor and Cohort Advisor at Stadia Ventures, support is given to early-stage sports tech startups. With experience as a university lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Loron has taught courses on global sports management and sport development. Prior to these roles, Loron founded OMI Ltd., and held significant positions at the National Basketball Association in Asia, IMAX, and Richard Ivey School of Business, contributing to brand development and marketing strategies across various international markets. Loron Orris holds an MBA in Strategy and International Business from Ivey Business School and a BA in Political Science from Western University.
