Marilou McFarlane is the Founder, CEO, and Board Chair Emeritus of Women in Sports Tech, Inc. (WiST), a non-profit organization focused on enhancing growth opportunities for women and employers in the sports tech industry through innovative programs. McFarlane is also the Founder and Co-Board Chair of the Sports & Fitness Industry Association, a Startup Challenge Judge for Pharrell Williams' Black Ambition, and serves as Principal at SportsTechWorks. Additional roles include Advisor/Mentor positions with the Australian Sports Technologies Network, FanSaves, Stadia Ventures, Comcast, and Adjunct Professor in the Sport Management Master's Program at the University of San Francisco. Prior experience includes serving as CMO for Mustard, a motion analysis app. McFarlane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
