Rosie Spaulding

Rosie Spaulding is a seasoned professional in sports business and event management, currently serving as President and COO of League One Volleyball since October 2022 and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco since 2021. With extensive experience, Rosie founded Beacon Projects & Events, providing consultancy for high-profile projects in sports and entertainment. Key past roles include General Manager for the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018, Vice President of Event Planning & Operations for the San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Host Committee, and Head of Venues & Partner Integration for the 34th America's Cup. Rosie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Portsmouth, specializing in marine and environmental biology, and serves as an Advisor/Judge for Stadia Ventures, a global sports innovation hub.
