Samuel Klaus

Samuel Klaus has a robust background in data management, GIS, and BIM, currently serving as a Daten-, GIS- und BIM-Manager at Stadt Thun since March 2021. As a Gründer of BOXFarm since February 2018, Samuel focuses on sustainable and resource-efficient farming practices. Prior experience includes roles as BIM Manager and BIM-Konstrukteur at Rieder Bauingenieur AG from February 2015 to March 2021, where expertise in Autodesk products was utilized. Additionally, Samuel worked as an IT-Business-Berater at elektroplan Buchs & Grossen AG, advising on digital strategies, and has experience as a CAD-Spezialist and Projektspezialist in various engineering firms. Samuel began their career as a Bauzeichner and system administrator at Dr.-Ing. Veenker GmbH after completing technical education in construction drafting and computer science.
