Barbara Haiden

Barbara Haiden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Manager in the Digital Office at Stadt Wien - Wiener Wohnen Kundenservice GmbH since September 2022, Barbara also holds roles as a Mentor at INiTS, Vienna's High-Tech Incubator, and Co-Founder and COO at AiONFiRE GmbH, where a unique AI-based AIOps platform called JANUS has been developed. As a Shareholder of Haiden & Partner GmbH, and previously an Innovation and Product Manager at Drei Österreich, Barbara has expertise in business modeling, prototyping, and product cooperation management. Previous roles include marketing and project management at various organizations, along with academic contributions as a lecturer at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt. Barbara holds M.A. and Mag. (FH) degrees in International Marketing & Sales and Wirtschaftsberatende Berufe, respectively.
