Elsa Alcala

Elsa Alcala works as a Training Manager at Staff Boom since June 2021. Elsa previously worked at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company as a Concierge Representative from January 2012 to November 2020. Elsa is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, after completing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cypress College. Elsa is responsible for providing exceptional client relationship support, service, and operational expertise at Staff Boom.
