Leanne Lafratta

LeAnne LaFratta is a talent development partner with extensive experience in education and wellness. Currently serving as a Talent Development Partner II and Professional Recruiter at StaffBright since May 2022, LeAnne previously worked as a Yoga Instructor at White Buffalo Yoga, where responsibilities included designing classes and guiding meditation sessions. Prior managerial experience at Cook's Cycles Nantucket involved overseeing operations and fostering community relationships. LeAnne's background in education includes roles as a Middle School Spanish Teacher at Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, an English Language Teacher at El Camino Tulum Language School, and a High School Spanish Teacher for Cherry Creek School District. LeAnne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Eastern Michigan University and completed training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
