Erik Pauli

Erik Pauli has extensive work experience in various positions and industries. Erik currently holds the role of Director of Product at Staffbase, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, Erik worked as a Webdesigner & Inhaber at Paulimedia, where they started in March 2007 and is still currently employed. Erik also gained experience in product management at dirico, where they served as VP Product Management from July 2021 to November 2022, and as Head of Product from May 2020 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, Erik worked at mps public solutions gmbh as a Produktmanager from January 2014 to April 2020, and as a Consultant from April 2011 to December 2017. Erik began their professional journey as a Verwaltungsfachangestellter at Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Kirchberg (Hunsrück) in August 2007 and held this position until March 2011, after completing their apprenticeship in the same organization from August 2004 to June 2007. Overall, Erik has a diverse background in product management, web design, consultancy, and public administration.

Erik Pauli completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen in 2017. Erik also obtained a Betriebswirt (VWA) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Trier between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, Erik has obtained several certifications, including Miro essentials and Mapping & diagramming from Miro, as well as Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org. Erik also holds an LCCI Level 3 English for Business Certificate (CEF C1) with a pass with merit (65%) from Pearson Education Services Private Limited, obtained in 2016.
