Jeannine Chartron

Jeannine Chartron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeannine is currently working at Staffbase as a Team Lead Onboarding Project Management. Prior to this role, they were a Project Lead Onboarding DACH at the same company. In 2020, Jeannine worked as a Product Owner/Scrum Master. Jeannine took time off in 2019 to refocus their energy and competencies, during which they served as an Expert in international Project Management and Market Research. From 2008 to 2019, Jeannine held the position of Director at Factworks, an international market research and analytics company. Before that, they worked as a Project Director at Added Value and as a Project and Country Manager at EMS Ltd. Jeannine started their career at myToys.de, where they worked as Customer Service Assistant in the Product Management Books department.

Jeannine Chartron (she/her) earned a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in International Marketing and Consumer Marketing from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 1998 to 2005. Jeannine also pursued an MSc in Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University between 2002 and 2003. Jeannine has obtained various certifications, including The Coaching Leader from Trailblaze Partners (2023), PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2021), Professional Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org (2020), and Design Thinking from alfatraining Bildungszentrum GmbH (2020).
