Sarah Manes

Sarah Manes has a diverse work experience, spanning across multiple companies and roles. Sarah is currently working at Staffbase, where they started in 2020. Their roles at Staffbase include Senior Director Product, Group Product Manager, and Product Lead People Analytics. Before joining Staffbase, Sarah was the Founder and Managing Director of teambay from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG as an HR Manager Personnel Development and as a Trainee Human Resources.

Sarah Manes attended the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2008 to 2011 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Studies. Sarah then attended KEDGE Business School from 2010 to 2011 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Cesemed/ International Business Studies. In 2011, they pursued their studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the field of Organizational Behaviour.
