Synne Fjørtoft has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Synne started their career as a Sales Assistant at SistersPoint in 2013. From there, they worked as a Fundraiser for Leger Uten Grenser in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Project Employee for Lund Gruppen Holding AS and as a Substitute at Tommeliten Barnehage. Synne then took on the role of Event Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at Kongeparken from 2012 to 2015.
