Vincent Cebula

Vincent Cebula has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Vincent is currently an Independent Director at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc., where they are a member of several committees. Previously, they worked as an Independent Director, Operating Advisor, and Investor at Special Situation Investments, utilizing their knowledge in private equity and distressed debt investing.

From 2013 to 2020, Vincent served as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Solace Capital Partners, L.P., an alternative asset manager focused on distressed debt and special situation investments. Prior to that, they were an Independent Director at Voyager Aviation, an independent member of the Board of Managers of the company.

Vincent also worked at Centerbridge Partners as an Aviation Consultant and Jefferies & Company as a Managing Director. Vincent began their career at Oaktree Capital Management as a Managing Director, handling portfolio management and serving as a director of multiple companies. Before that, they worked at Brooke Group Ltd. as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman.
