Donna Parker

Donna Parker FIRP Dip RP has extensive experience in the recruitment sector, currently serving as the Managing Director for both Staffline Ireland and Grafton Network NI since July 2018. In addition, Donna holds the position of Regional Director for Northern Ireland at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, contributing to the support and improvement of the UK recruitment industry. Prior to these roles, Donna managed operations at Diamond Recruitment from January 1997 to June 2020, overseeing recruitment processes, ad campaigns, and assessment activities. Donna is an alumnus of Queen's University Belfast.
