Joanne has held various leadership roles in companies such as Staffline Ireland, Ronnie’s Events Cafe, PeoplePlus NI, and A4e. Joanne has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University Belfast and also holds an MBA Certificate from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
