Cottia Bender

Cottia Bender has over two decades of experience in corporate recruiting, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Recruiting at Staffmark Group since December 2017. Previously, Cottia held leadership positions such as Director of Professional Search at Millenium Executive Search Group and Director of Recruiting at Manpower Professional. Cottia began a career in recruiting with Staffmark, progressing from Sr. Executive Recruiter to Sr. Corporate Recruiter, overseeing corporate recruiting functions in various U.S. regions. Early in Cottia's career, roles included working as a Store Manager at the Luxor Hotel from 1993 to 1995. Cottia is a Cedar High School graduate.
