Angela Raines, CEBS, currently serves as a Human Resources/Benefits Specialist for Stafford County Government since January 2020, where responsibilities include developing and administering various employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Previously, Angela worked as a Technical Recruiter at Strongbridge LLC from 2017 to 2020, focusing on recruitment within the Cloud Computing and software development sectors for government and defense. Angela's earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Support Specialist at Dovetail Cultural Resource Group from 2008 to 2017 and a Human Resources Compensation and Benefits Specialist at E-Systems/Engineering Research Associates/Raytheon from 1988 to 1998, managing compensation and benefits programs and providing comprehensive HR support for organizations.
