Bob Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security management and consumer protection. Currently serving as Security Program Manager at Stafford County Government, Bob develops and implements a countywide security program. As the Founder and Executive Director of American Consumer Executive Services, Bob promotes consumer education and facilitates public sector response to consumer concerns. Previous roles include Security Operations Manager at The Phillips Collection, where Bob modernized security strategies, and Watch Commander at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, overseeing personnel and gallery protection. Bob's leadership extended to the Virginia High School Jazz Band Invitational as Founder and Chairman Pro Tem, and involvement in various consumer protection roles, including Program Manager at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Bob holds a BS in Public Affairs & Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from Ferrum College.
